Our Roles

Our UK Customer Service Team are the first point of contact for our customers who may be placing an order, querying the suitability of a product or dealing with general issues. They build up great relationships with our clients, and this puts them in a great place to generate sales for the company by suggesting add on products, or suitable alternatives should a product be unavailable.

We pride ourselves on offering top quality customer service, and our team will liaise with colleagues from across the business to have an accurate idea of timescales for deliveries, product availability and the range of our products, meaning that they are able to respond to queries accurately and promptly so no delays for the clients.

Our International Customer Service Advisors follow the same ethos, and work closely with our Shipping and Documentation Co-ordinators ensuring our products are exported all over the globe.

Our Commercial Services Team deal with contract support and rebate claims coming into the office and manage all pricing terms on our ERP system. They have a keen eye for detail and log all contract support claims made on a CRM system which is then used to undertake a wide range of tasks including raising cheques for payment, preparing letters and producing reports on contract information. They liaise with the sales team to give them up to date information on contract agreement terms and the progress of claims that have been made to assist the sales team in providing the best service possible to their clients.

Our Customer Service and Commercial Services Team Leaders and Managers oversee the daily activities of their teams and offer support and coaching wherever needed, whether that be advising on product pricing or arranging training for the team which then helps us in continuing to improve performance and achieve even better levels of service.
