Human Resources supports staff and managers to help them achieve the company's goal of growing the business, and manufacture innovative, reliable and cost effective flow control solutions in a variety of ways. This includes recruiting outstanding new members of staff, and providing employees with ongoing training and development opportunities to to enable everyone to continue to grow and develop, as well as working with managers to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to support their teams in the best way possible.

Our Roles

Our HR Advisors and HR Manager have extremely varied roles offering support with complex employee related issues, leading on recruitment for the business, supporting new starters and being a point of contact for employee queries.

Working in our team you will be working on something different every day; you could be interviewing for a new role, delivering inductions to new starters, preparing reports for Senior Managers and offering advice and support to our employees and managers on a wide range of issues, all in one day!
