Introducing Sales

The Sales team generates the orders which keep the business moving forward. Our Sales teams are regionally based across the country to ensure that help and advice on our wide variety of products is never far away from our clients. We build excellent relationships with our existing customers and are continually exploring avenues to establish new relationships which will generate additional sales for the company. We also work with colleagues across the company and act upon information gained whilst out in the field, such as suggesting new products or enhancements which our customers would be interested in.

Our Roles

Our Area Sales Managers (ASMs) work within a specified geographical area to promote our products and generate sales. You will have a varied workload which will include visiting clients on site to discuss how Pegler Yorkshire products could work for their business, making calls to customers to maintain excellent relationships and offer support and advice to them when needed and also working with your Divisional Sales Manager to produce business plans for the development of key accounts which fall under your remit.

Our Divisional Sales Managers (DSMs) provide support and direction to our ASMs to help them implement our sales strategies & meet targets that have been set. They work with their teams to identify new business opportunities and provide training and support to the team when required, whilst keeping up to date with what is happening in the field.

Our Key Account Managers work nationally with selected high profile merchants of Pegler Yorkshire products to maintain excellent relationships and continue to generate additional business. They have an excellent technical understanding of the range of products and deliver presentations to customers to explain the products, their benefits and how they will benefit that particular company.

Our Specification Managers work nationally to gain new specifications for Pegler Yorkshire products, and also to maintain previously agreed specifications. They build excellent business relationships both internally and externally, and utilise these relationships to identify new specification opportunities which can help to increase sales and market penetration.

Our National Sales Managers head up specialised teams focusing on new build & leisure and renewables/HIU to develop relationships with current and potential clients in these areas to further generate our business within these areas.
