Our IT team keeps the business running through managing all of the IT applications, infrastructure, networks and communications throughout the company. The team provides a first point of contact for users who may be experiencing difficulties in using a piece of software through to evaluating the programmes and applications that are currently using, and advising on new and innovative technologies which may further improve the ways in which we work.
Our IT Infrastructure team provide support to any users who are experiencing problems with any hardware, software or operating systems. They look after our IT security, undertake maintenance and repairs on hardware and maintain our networks and website to ensure we are fully operational at all times.
Our IT Development team liaise with colleagues internally to review the technologies that they need to enable them to undertake their roles and advise on and implement new technologies to the business. They maintain and improve our existing applications and keep up to date with changes to technology and provide solutions for staff across the company to generate and access a variety of reports.
