To lead, help, coach, train, motivate and inspire your team to perform their daily duties in the safest and most efficient way. Ensure the team understand production schedule requirements for their shift and organise/prioritise workloads for individuals in the team.
Through implementing personal and team measures for the Production team you will collate, input, review and give feedback to your team on performances on a regular basis. You will ensure all consumables are available (checking stocks as required) and reorder as necessary to keep the process running.
Complete administrative duties to provide production records and attendance records, using this information to compile reports which you will then feed back to Group Leader/Factory Manager.
Support the Head of Valves and Fittings and other Team Leaders in driving continuous improvement throughout the operations and encourage open communication within the team.
The role will involve working on a three-shift schedule with Days (06:00-14:00), Nights (22:00-06:00) and Afters (14:00-22:00)
