Your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales and Marketing department based at our Doncaster site, reporting into the Heads of Sales and Marketing. The role will be 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The purpose of the role is to identify potential sales opportunities from within the UK & Eire markets and where necessary make direct contact to confirm details of such.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Import sales leads and opportunities
  • Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues in the Sales team and provide effective support to assist them in achieving their work objectives
  • Contribute to sales activities – working with internal & external teams, taking prompt and corrective actions to help generate sales opportunities
  • Collation of data and relevant information to assist the sales teams in gaining new sales opportunities
  • Update and interact with CRM, including training of new users
  • Effectively use company systems and IT packages to carry out the role to a high standard e.g. CRM, Outlook

Qualifications and Other Requirements

  • Telephone sales experience is beneficial
  • Good IT skills (in particular Microsoft Dynamics/ CRM management, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Able to work towards and fulfil agreed targets and objectives
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills
  • Full clean driving license – Preferred but not essential
